NOTICE BOARD
What's New

new Don't forget - the NVA AGM will be held on 6th Dec at the Aviator Hotel Sywell - The fun begins at 8 pm prompt.

****

Indoor flying dates added - see indoor page

****

Please note that the code for access to the car park will change on (or very soon after) 1st Jan 2023 The new number will on the 2023 membership card. If you have paid and not received your card on 1st Jan 23, please contact John (07775-938631) or Alan. There is usually no gate across the forest track. However, on rare occasions there is and it is locked - that number for this will aslo be on the 2023 membership card.

****

Please note that your new (very long) CAA opertor number must be displayed on all models but the CAA has confirmed that this new number will NOT be changed every year. The CAA regrets that this number is so long but it is regulated by an EU directive that the UK (DoT) agreed adopt since the UK formally left the EU. (if it is any consolation, the guy from the CAA also thinks the length of the number is daft)

****

- By now all members should have received their CAA operator ID number. No model should take to the air without this number on the aircraft is accordance with the CAA's requirements. These can be found here
https://register-drones.caa.co.uk/labelling-your-drone-or-model-aircraft
